Best Workout For: An Aquarius

An Aquarius loves a few things: New experiences, helping out a good cause, and being around friends. There are a lot of ways in which you can accomplish these goals in fitness.

Here’s the workout: There are 6 moves. They all involve body weight but please feel free to add weight if you are at that fitness level or do more weight training and prefer that.

#1. Body Weight Squats

Legs hip width apart, chest open, back straight and squat your booty to the floor – pressing through your heels! Pressing through the heels is what activates that booty.

Works: Hamstrings, Quads, Glutes

#2. Alt Lunges Body Weight

Stand tall and then take a backwards lunge with one leg – bringing your knee as close to the floor as possible! Then come back to standing and switch side. If you want to add weight you totally can for some added difficulty. It’s up to you and your fitness level.

Works: Glutes, Quads, Hamstrings

#3. Push Ups To Failure

Begin in a plank on your toes or on your knees. Hands underneath your shoulders. Then press your chest down towards the floor while your eyes are looking slightly in front of you. I can’t bring my elbows back but I try my best to have my tits or nose hit the floor before the rest of me to form check.

Works: Triceps, Chest, Core

#4. Plank 

Hands underneath your shoulders, arms straight, and legs long out. If you need a modification, place the knees on the ground. Do not stick your butt up in the air. Hold still! Try to do this for as long as you can.

#5. Tricep Dips 

Begin sitting with heels stretched out in front of you, knees bent, hands behind you with fingertips facing in torwards your butt. Lift your body off the floor then bend your elbows back to make yourself come down. If you want t add a bench for extra please do.

Works: Triceps, Shoulders, Quads

#6. Run And Do Your Best

I hate running. I really do. But, it’s great for your body so I freakin’ force myself to do it. Hop on the treadmill, track, or pavement and give it your all for as long as you can then call it quits.
